How Can I Update WorpDrive FTP Details For a Site?

Since WorpDrive relies on FTP to perform the backup of a site, FTP details must be kept up-to-date.

If you change your FTP credentials, you need to update them for WorpDrive also to ensure backups proceed as normal.

To do this:

1. Load the WorpDrive backup section.
2. Click 'Manage' on the site you wish to update.
3. Click on 'Update Configuration' on the management screen
   
   

   

4. Enter the new FTP details and click to save.
   
   

   

5. The details will be verified and if all is well, you will be notified.
