Passive FTP Mode Could Not Be Enabled

Once we have successfully connected and logged into your FTP space, the first thing we do is switch to Passive FTP mode for data transfer.

This is the default, and is the most compatible mode for FTP data connection.

WorpDrive does support Active mode as well.

Please ensure that if you have selected Passive mode on your server that in-fact passive mode is supported. It is rare that it is not, but your FTP connection needs to support it if you have selected it.
