If we attempt to charge your card and it fails, there are several possible reason for this:

Payment Declined

Your credit card company rejected the attempt to make the charge to your registered WorldPay credit card. There can be any number of reasons for this, the only way to solve this is to call your credit card issuer and ask that they permit the payment.

Card Expired

The credit card that you have registered on your WorldPay account has expired. You will need to log into WorldPay account and update your payment details.

Card Failed

There is a problem with your card for a reason that is not expiration. You will need to log into your WorldPay account and update your payment details.

Agreement does not allow payment

This is a rare case, and it simply means that when you registered your credit card, WorldPay failed to activate the card for future purchases. There is nothing you can do to fix this, so please contact us directly to clear this problem up.
